MEANING OF WRITING STYLE.

Writing  style refers to the manner in which the writer choose to write to his or her audience, writing style include both the writer personality and voice but also it show how he or she perceives the audience.

TYPES OF WRITING STYLE

            Writing style classified into different types such as Chicago style, modern language Association of America (MLA), American Psychological Association style. (APA),  Harvad style, conversional style, Technical style and business style.

            The following are the major types of writing style:-

i)                    Technical style.

ii)                  Business style.

iii)                Conversional style.

iv)                APA style.

v)                  MLA style.

vi)                Descriptive style.

THE SIGNIFICANTS OF USING WRITING STYLE IN WRITING

           Writing style bring the important both to the writer and the readers, the following are the significant of writing style in writing, which are:-

(i)                 Writing style help the writer to better organize his thoughts, thus include arrange any notes or footnotes and organize the bibliography aids.

(ii)               Writing style help the writer on keeping the form consistent by avoiding potential destruction to the reader.

(iii)             Writing style organize the flow of the paper, footnotes and parenthetical citation.

(iv)             Writing style it moves the reader along easily from word to word, sentence to sentence, paragraph to paragraph and one section of the paper to next.

(v)               Writing style builds an immediate report with your audience, for example, A conversional style make it easily for your reader to relate to you as an actual person.

(vi)             Writing style improve the ability of expressing yourself thought as well as confidence will rise.

(vii)           Writing style cultivate and maintain relationship with friends, family, workers and client.

(viii)         Writing style improve reading through read taking notes on the main ideas and drafting a brief summary of the writer’s points.

(ix)             Writing style enables the writer to arrange their ideas within a sentence for a greatest effects.

(x)               Writing style help to avoid looses sentence, deleting extra notes and arranging their effects.

(xi)             It encourage direct exposition of your research and emphasize your original ideas being reported, for example APA.
